DIVING
The
off-shore islands between Koh Chang and Koh Kood have some superb
dive sites. With visibility of up to 30m, this a good spot for divers
of all levels.
The
island's dive centers offer day trips for qualified divers and beginners
can sign up for an Open Water dive course which takes just 4 days.
Once
you have your diving license you can then explore such great dive
sites as The Thonburi Wreck (an old ship sunk in 1941), as well
as the coral reefs around the islands.
FISHING
If
you like to take things a little slower, Koh Chang has some great
fishing. Around the beach areas are tour operators where you can
charter boats or join scheduled fishing trips.
ELEPHANT
TREKKING
Great
fun! Jump on the back of one of these mighty animals and head of
into the unknown! As you head across the rivers you can help bathe
the elephants as well and then help them settle when you get back
to the camps.
